All returns must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. Note: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our prepaid labels are drop-off only. Equishopper does not cover the cost of a FedEx home pickup. For your convenience, your return label will list several local drop-off options near you, which frequently include locations like Dollar General, Walgreens, or official FedEx drop boxes.
You can mail the package back using your preferred carrier (UPS, USPS, etc.) if you do not wish to use FedEx drop-off. We recommend keeping your tracking number. Click Here for Shipping Address
⚠️ Returns After 60 Days: Because credit card companies do not consistently allow charge credits after two months, all returns received between 61 and 365 days will automatically be issued as store credit. This applies to all returns, including those sent using a personally purchased shipping label.
We understand you need to try things on. However, because we only sell new, high-quality gear, returned items must be free of stains, dirt, hay, horse hair, and odors.
Protect the Product Box: Always ship your return inside a mailing box or bag. Do not stick the shipping label directly onto the manufacturer’s product box (like boot or helmet boxes). Doing so damages the inventory and will result in a 20% restocking fee. (Tip: You are more than welcome to reuse a bag or box from a previous shipment or another retailer! Just make sure any old shipping labels or barcodes are completely covered up or crossed out.)
Cleaning Fee: If our team has to spend time cleaning horse hair, dirt, and debris off your item, or airing out strong barn/farm odors, a restocking fee of up to 20% will apply. If an item cannot be cleaned or refreshed to a resellable condition, we will contact you to ship it back to you (at your expense) or donate it.
Saddles: All returned saddles are subject to a $100 flat restocking fee.
To ensure health, safety, and hygiene for all riders and horses, we cannot accept returns on:
Any horse apparel, tack, or bits that you have used after receiving your order, or footwear worn outdoors (including at the barn). (Tip: Always try blankets and coolers on over a clean bedsheet to keep them hair-free!)
Helmets or safety vests showing signs of wear, or missing their original tags/boxes.
Undergarments (socks, underwear, swimwear) and personalized items.
Gift cards.
Items marked Final Sale, Non-Returnable, or purchased from Warehouse Deals.
If a non-returnable item is sent to us, we will contact you to either return it to you (at your expense) or dispose of it.
If your order included a free promotional item or a bonus gift card, it must be returned alongside the qualifying purchase. If you choose to keep the promotional item, or if the bonus gift card has already been spent, its retail value will be deducted from your total refund.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives! If we sent the wrong item or if something is defective, call us right away at 470-441-7750 or email us at customersupport@equishopper.com. We will work quickly to resolve any issue you have.
Because our deals move incredibly fast and inventory changes daily, we cannot process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for store credit/refund and place a new order online.
